UPSR
UPSR examination is important for the primary level pupils. Good results will ensure them to be placed in good classes in their secondary schools. Meanwhile, excellent grades are required for the enrollment in boarding schools. INTAN GEMILANG pays particular emphasis on UPSR pupils. Each year, we allocate 2 classes to cater UPSR pupils which are regular weekday classes. The maximum number of pupils for each class is 15. The teachers who teach the students are the qualified school teachers who alert with the modification in syllabus contents.

Pentaksiran Tingkatan 3 (PT3)
Pentaksiran Tingkatan 3 (PT3) or Form 3 Assessment is the replacement of Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) or Lower Secondary Assessment commenced in 2014. The assessment is carried out at the school level by the respective teachers of each individual schools before the scripts are sent for cross checking by the teachers of neighbouring schools. This is to ensure the reliability of test scores. In between, the examination body prepares questions with different levels of difficulty from easy, moderate to hard and place in a question bank. Schools are then choose these questions and use them to assess the students via the written test. The examination body monitors to ensure the schools chose the questions which reflect the levels of difficulty.
Bahasa Melayu and English are assessed via written and oral tests. Science and Mathematics are assessed using written test assessment instrument whereas History and Geography are project based assessments. The students are required to submit the projects by the end of the July month. Therefore, Intan Gemilang tuition centre has come out with 2 different schedules for the form 3 students to choose. The existing one with History and Geography while the latest one without History and Geography which means only 4 subjects (BM,ENG, SC & Maths) are taught at the centre.
